Provides customer satisfaction through day to day GPO/Corporate Customer support/340B, problem identification and resolution. Has thorough working knowledge of internal systems, analysis, research and contract compliance. Provide support and assistance to Sr. Account Manager for 340B. Ability to extract and manipulate data from multiple system platforms and provide analysis when needed. Time management and the ability to juggle multiple tasks and interactions with multiple DCs is crucial. Key Responsibilities:Proficient in extracting/auditing customer compliance data from MCK mainframe/SAP, to include, but not limited to; Access, Excel and Business Objects, Rx Pad. Builds and maintains customer affiliated Auto-Sub tables (ISM). Extracting data from MCK and customer specific databases.Builds and enhances customer/supplier relations to enhance process improvement. Meet or exceed defined customer service levels that directly influence the department's achievement of targeted customer satisfaction goals.Provides leadership support through team building, coaching and mentoring to enhance motivation of team members.Identify and implement process improvements on our internal 340B Account Set up process.Demonstrates organizational and time management skills.Demonstrates subject matter expert (SME) knowledge on assigned GPO/Corporate Customer agreements/340B Process, including knowledge of accounts, contracts, financial status, account profile and trends.Handle research, reconciliation and negotiations of account issues including report out at an executive level.Work independently and prioritizes work efforts to focus on highest value-added activities.Resolve issues in an accurate and timely manner that provides the highest level of customer satisfaction.Account Set-up for 340B Covered Entity/Contracted Pharmacy business mode.Oversees Contracted Pharmacy relationship and daily functionsAnalysis and report out as neededHIBCC/HRSA CoordinatorOversees relationship with multiple DCsExpected Outcomes:Customer Satisfaction targets are met or exceededContract Compliance Audits performed to schedule and within compliance results (COGs Audits)Customer relationships are maintained or strengthenedEmployees performance and satisfaction expectations are met or exceed
Minimum 5 years related experience in customer service or accounting/financial entity or 2 to 3 drug wholesale experience in customer facing role. Thorough knowledge of sales, group purchasing organizations, institutional and long term care entities, with demonstrated leadership skills.
