The Minneapolis VA Health Care System (MVAHCS), a major teaching hospital affiliated with the University of Minnesota, seeks an Internal Medicine Physician to provide leadership for our growing women’s health program. This physician will be engaged in teaching, program development, and outpatient care for female veterans in a multidisciplinary outpatient setting. Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated expertise in clinical education, program development, or quality improvement are essential. Applicants should be board certified in Internal Medicine; fellowship training in GIM or women’s health is preferred.

Minneapolis VA Health Care System (VAHCS) is a teaching hospital providing a full range of patient care services with state-of-the-art technology, as well as education and research. Comprehensive health care is provided through primary care, tertiary care and long-term care in areas of medicine, surgery, psychiatry, physical medicine and rehabilitation, neurology, oncology, dentistry, geriatrics and extended care.
