Civilian employees serve a vital role in supporting the Army mission.  They provide the skills that are not readily available in the military, but crucial to support military operations.  The Army integrates the talents and skills of its military and civilian members to form a Total Army.

About the Position:

The District Office is located in downtown St. Paul. The office atmosphere is friendly and high-functioning. Our Staff comes from a variety of professional backgrounds. This position has office work and field work by carrying out compliance inspections in remote environments.  Selectee will gain experience in implementing Section 404 of the Clean Water Act and Section 10 of the Rivers and Harbors Act and will have extensive interaction with counterparts in other Federal agencies and state and local regulatory agencies throughout the states of Minnesota and Wisconsin.
