AREA OF CONSIDERATION:  This position is in the Excepted Federal Civil Service "under the authority of 32 U.S.C. 709", and is restricted to current on-board permanent non-dual status (civilian) technicians (Tenure 1 and 2) employed with the Mississippi Army National Guard.
