The Kansas City VA Medical Center (KCVAMC) is recruiting fora full-time physician to serve as the Chief, Primary Care (PC). The Primary Care Service Chief, in collaboration with the PC Chief Nurse/Co-Leader, is responsible for the administrative, operational, financial and planning functions for all the programs within the service line and for integration of these duties within the overall medical center and VISN objectives and plans. Primary Care Service line includes primary care clinics, community based outreach clinics (CBOCs), nursing support within specialty clinics, emergency department, audiology, optometry, dental and employee health sections.
