<br>REQUIREMENTS:
<br>* High school diploma or equivalent
<br>* At least 6 months mixing, baking, blending or related experience
<br>* Perform basic math (add, subtract, divide and multiple) and compute weights and measures
<br>
<br>JOB DUTIES:
<br>* Pass drug screen and background check
<br>* Produce a variety of dough by mixing recipes and measuring ingredients
<br>* Set up and operate the auto-bake line machines
<br>* Operate Auto-bake oven, proof box, batter and dough mixers, bread machine, bowl lift, flour dump bins, water meters, floor scrubber, dishwasher, rack washer and pallet jack
<br>* Follow safety and sanitation procedures in keeping with company policies
<br>* Produce a variety of batters by mixing recipes and setting up auto-bake for appropriate products
<br>* Deposit batter using automatic depositor
<br>* Maintain auto-bake line and oil spray robotic arms
<br>* Produce bread, crust and other baked goods
<br>* Monitor mixing times, dough temperatures and dough consistency
<br>* Conduct visual inspections and read/follow recipes
<br>* Handle bakery ingredients professionally
<br>* Respond to audible timers on mixing and baking equipment
<br>* Perform around equipment and product emitting heat
<br>* Follow safety and sanitation procedures and department policies
<br>* Perform primary duties with efficiency and accuracy
<br>* Lift up to 50 lbs
<br>* Apply mental alertness and safety to all procedures and equipment due to potential hazards
<br>
