Currently looking for Data Entry Clerks with Mortgage experience in the Irving and Westlake area!Performs various daily production tasks including but not limited to the preparation of county cover letters, document reviews for accuracy, collection of county-specific data related to the preparation and recordation of assignment documents. Meet or exceed required quality and quantity metrics.Primary Responsibilities:- Required to learn and apply county and state requirements in day-to-day production- Prepares recording cover sheets as required by various recording jurisdictions- Perform fee calculations and process check requests when required- Meet or exceed daily production standards for quantity and quality of work- Meet client service level agreements and state established compliance timeframes- Perform related tasks and support other internal departments as requested by managementWorking hours: Standard Business Hours (8-5)Requirements:- Strong computer literacy including keyboarding skills- Proficient beginner to intermediate level expertise with MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)- Ability to learn and use multiple computer applications- Must be self-motivated to meet production and quality standards- Strong attention to detail and ability to focus on the quality while meeting production goals- Strong organizational skills including the ability and willingness to follow established departmental guidelines for document handling and develop and utilize personal methods to keep assigned workload and desktop organized- Ability to remain calm and focused on the task in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities- Ability to effectively and accurately handle basic mathematical calculations following defined guidelines for each county to calculate county fees- Typing skills of 45wpm or greater- Effective oral and written communication skills- All candidates must submit to an FBI fingerprint background check and drug screenPlease apply to this job posting for consideration.Randstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
