Safety-Kleenis seeking aNational Accounts SpecialistinRichardson, TX. This position provides dedicated support for assigned National Accounts. Supports Strategic Account Managers and Sales Representatives in implementing and managing strategic accounts. Works with other departments and branches to ensure customer disputes/issues are resolved.

Responsibilities

* Provide dedicated support to Strategic Account customers and Strategic Account Managers.
* Provide customers with complaint/service issue resolutions.
* Ensure pricing is accurate and updated.
* Work with internal and external customers on services/pricing issues.
* Input and track service requests through database.
* Provide reports to both internal and external customers as needed.
* Review customer contract requirements.
* Assist with accounts receivable issues.
* Maintain and update databases with customer account information.
* Provide documentation as required by customer, i.e. certificate of insurance, copies of invoices and service documents.

Requirements
* 3+ years of experience in a Customer Service related role required
* Basic Microsoft Excel skills required
* Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Preferences:
* Bachelors degree preferred
* National Account support experience preferred

Physical Demands:
Typical shift is 8 hours w/possible over-time. To perform the duties of this job employee must have the ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, kneel, climb, reach, squat, stoop, and twist, use a Computer and have the ability to drive a company vehicle, if needed. Must also have the ability to carry, lift, pull and push from 1 - 25 lbs., with repetitive movement of both hands.
