JOB SUMMARY:

Will work 02/15/2014 to 11/15/2014. JOB LOCATED IN ANTLER NORTH DAKOTA. A minimum of three months crop farm experience is required. Duties include operating farm equipment such as tractors, combines, tender trucks and a variety of tractor-drawn equipment to plow, harrow, cultivate, fertilize, seed and apply pesticides, herbicides to fertilized crops. Must be able to repair and maintain farm implements and mechanical equipment. Must be able to lift and carry up to 75 pounds, use hand tools, such as shovels, trowels, hoes, tampers, pruning hooks, shears, and knives. Worker will be exposed to extreme heat and cold, dust, rain and other environmental conditions common in crops and fields. The job entails working with farm machinery, outdoors in all types of weather and occasional exposure to poisonous insects and snakes. Must be able to obtain a driver's license with a clean driving record within 30 days following hire.
