AREA I:  All New Jersey Army National Guard (NJARNG) Technicians

AREA II:  All Members of the NJARNG

 

If the individual selected is currently on a title 10 tour no action can be taken until he/she is released from tour.

This is a Dual Status Excepted Technician position in the New Jersey Army National Guard.

Applicants with an enlisted rank that exceeds the maximum advertised rank for the position my be considered.  Applicant must provide a statement with their resume/application which indicates their willingness to accept a reduction in military rank.  If selected, reduction in military rank is required to prevent grade inversion.

 

MILITARY POSITION:  Any unit in the New Jersey Army National Guard (NJARNG)

 

NATIONAL GUARD MEMBERSHIP STATUS:  Employment in this position requires concurrent military assignment to a compatible military position in the New Jersey National Guard in one of the following military specialty codes:

Must Have: 42A, 68G/W/Z     

 

LEVEL OF CLEARANCE/INVESTIGATION:  MUST HAVE A SECRET SECURITY CLEARANCE.
