JOB SUMMARY:

Duties:

Management and implementation of Patient Safety policies and activities throughout the VA Medical Center and CBOC's. This includes working with all levels of staff. Ability to provide leadership and education to root cause analysis and other safety implementations. Responsible for action within complex situations that exist related to Patient Safety. Ability to analyze data related to patient safety.
