This is a Standing Register vacancy that will be used to fill positions as they occur. Applications have an eligibility of 3 months. After that time frame, applications will become inactive. Your application will not be reviewed until a vacancy is received and matches your eligibility. This position is located at Fort Drum, NY near Watertown and the Canadian border; not near Syracuse nor New York City. This vacancy will be filled at The Commons on post. This is a flexible with no guaranteed amount of hours, no entitlements to health, life, retirement benefits, annual or sick leave.  This vacancy announcement may also be used to fill regular part time and regular full time positions.  Noncompetitive procedures may be used in converting a flexible position to regular part time or regular full time, or in changing a regular part time position to regular full time.  Work schedule may be irregular (0-39 hours per week as needed).  The incumbent may be required to work shift work, nights, weekends and holidays.
