This announcement is recruiting for a seasonal Maintenance Worker, WG-4749-05 positions not to exceed 1,039 hours in a service year for Saratoga National Historical Park. 

Saratoga NHP is located in Stillwater, New York about 30 miles north of Albany.  It is a small farming town of approximately 7500 people with elementary, middle and high school system and small village.  It is near Saratoga Springs, a vibrant community of 30,000 with a hospital, businesses, malls and colleges.  There is little public transportation in the countryside and the weather can be as cold as 0 degrees in winter to 90 degrees in summer. 

Additional positions may filled from this vacancy. 

Appointments under this announcement are eligible for non-competitive rehire in subsequent service years and individuals hired may be non-competitively rehired.
