Chief of Anesthesia:  Syracuse VA Medical Center has an opening for a Chief of Anesthesia Services.  The Chief of Anesthesia Services has overall responsibility for the global delivery of services for inpatients and outpatients in an academic setting. Oversight of day to day operations including management of all staff anesthesiologists, CRNA’s, and clinical support personnel, in addition to ensuring appropriate resident supervision in compliance with all accreditation standards.  The Syracuse VAMC has a new OR suite that was part of a $95 million dollar clinical addition. The successful applicant will be board certified in Anesthesiology, have BLS/ACLS and be eligible for an academic appointment with our affiliate Upstate Medical University.
