<br>Requirements:
<br>* Valid Oregon Drivers License.
<br>* No DUI's, reckless or careless driving violations within the last 20 years.
<br>* Pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
<br>* Possess or able to obtain CPR and First Aid Certification within 3 months of hire.
<br>* Must bring 3 year DMV printout to interview.
<br>* Must have 5 years of driving experience.
<br>* Must be able to open attachments via e-mail.
<br>* Must be able to send attachments via e-mail.
<br>* Must possess own cell phone.
<br>
<br>Preferences:
<br>* CNA experience a plus.
<br>
<br>Duties:
<br>* Assist patients in and out of bed.
<br>* Assist clients into and out of the transport vehicle.
<br>* Return patients to the interior of their homes or beds after their appointment.
<br>* Provide customer service to a variety of clients and medical businesses or institutions.
<br>* Regularly clean transport vehicle inside and out as needed.
<br>* Report via cell phone to the dispatch office in Salem.
<br>* Employer provides specially equipped transport vehicle.
<br>* Employer provides employee training in the operation of the vehicle lift, etc.
<br>
<br>Hours:
<br>* Full time; possibly some overtime, on call
<br>* Must be available to work on Saturdays and some Sundays.
<br>
<br>Other:
<br>* Employer willing to train.
<br>* Preference will be given to persons with related driving or care giving experience.
