About the Position:
Works under general supervision and direction of the unit commander. Technical oversight may be provided by the commander or designee. Utilizes an in-depth practical knowledge related to a wide range of clerical and administrative Family Readiness Program requirements and issues. Demonstrates sensitivity to the diverse needs of mobilized or deployed soldiers and family members. Frequently updates the supervisor on the program status, controversial issues and services available to soldiers and family members. Completed work is evaluated for appropriateness and effectiveness.
