Technical Operations Inc. seeks a Manager, Delivery Acceptance & Quality for the Technical Operations Distribution Services department. The Manager, Delivery Acceptance and Quality, supports worldwide content fulfillment by providing quick and efficient resolution of content rejected by clients from various markets and territories. The Manager is responsible forn root cause analysis of rejected content, ensuring prompt redelivery of content (if appropriate) and communication and documentation of issue resolution. Responsibilities include developing, enforcing and monitoring standard operating process and procedures. As necessary, the Manager will proactively identify trends for areas of improvement or new strategies in order to improve workflow and efficiency. The Manager monitors team workload and performance to ensure the department is meeting goals. This position requires a self starter with an eye towards driving change and improvement. Must have experience with, and have technical knowledge of, video, audio and other content related rejection issues for both physical tape and digital file deliveries. Must be able to manage competing priorities in a high-stress environment. Must be highly detail oriented and have strong analytical skills. Must also be comfortable working across multiple different departments and groups and with all levels of employees.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES* Supervises a senior representative in all aspects of rejection analysis and resolution.* Provides reporting, statistics and data analysis of rejection root cause, resolution timing and vendor trends.* Monitors daily operations and identifies critical issues and problems. Provides leadership and support for resolution and escalates issues appropriately to upper management.* Provides leadership and liaises across multiple groups to ensure rejections are resolved in a timely fashion. Must be able to trouble-shoot and resolve issues on the fly
