Home Entertainment Inc. seeks a Manager, First Party Operations for the Physical Distribution department.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES* Manage relationships with first party publishers and track all (Retail/digital) code submission issues on behalf of Producers for WBIE titles.* Negotiate and oversee all print work, replication and manufacture of WBIE and third party published game titles.* Work directly with Marketing, Sales and WHV, distribution and third party publishing partners on all day one and re-orders of WBIE and third party published game titles for N. America, Canada, Brazil.* Work directly with Warner Home Video to process and execute all payments regarding royalties, Packaging, and manufacturing for all WBIE and third party published titles.* Work closely WBIE, Europe Operations on game code approvals, game release schedules, and first party issues, including all Digital titles.* Work directly with Marketing on all packaging and metadata needs for each WBIE and third party published game title.* Work directly with WB Games Producers on game release schedules to determine optimal operations dates to meet street dates for WBIE published titles.* Manage and order all Token, Voucher and Steam code requests.JOB REQUIREMENTS* Four-year college degree required.* Game industry background required.* Prior position in Operations required and experience working within a Video company recommended.* Knowledge of interactive software market/entertainment industry required.* Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project software programs required.* Clear understanding and demonstrated working application of game production operations required.* Strong written and verbal communication skills.* Knowledge of file set-up, maintenance and filing procedures.* Knowledge of basic math, spelling, grammar, punctuation, and English usage.* Knowledge of report, letter, etc. format.* Should possess strong PC Skills, including proficiency with MS Outlook, Word and Excel.* Must have excellent interpersonal & communication skills.* Must be a team player and willing to pitch in whenever needed.* Must have the ability to work in a fast-pace environment and to prioritize work to meet specific deadlines required.* Must be self-motivated & results oriented.* Positive, pleasant and outgoing personality. An individual who wants to be a key part of our team. Must be able to handle confidential and sensitive information. Must be trustworthy.
