Home Entertainment Inc. seeks a Manager, Sales Administration for the Sales Planning & Analysis department. Position will manage all activities associated with the set-up, maintenance and quality control of all custom packs, contract pricing, pricing/price protection, material creation, DFI sales deals, account exclusives, material cut-outs and material reactivations to ensure readiness to execute sales with the customer in support of WHV, Games, Mexico, Canada and Digital businesses. In addition, this position is expected to: manage all activities necessary to deliver SOX compliance, manage department workload and priorities to ensure a high-quality work output and SLA compliance, work closely with leadership and cross-functional and technical colleagues to drive continuous improvement and efficiency in the areas of business process, system design and maintenance, develop and nurture relationships to drive cross-functional collaboration and support, lead efforts to ensure all process/systems are effectively and efficiently designed and delivering necessary functionality, perform day-to-day management of Sales Administration resources / personnel, support efforts to integrate new business into the department as needed and assist the Director, Sales Administration and/or Vice President, Sales Planning & Analysis with research and special projects as needed.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES* Oversee/manage regular departmental activities.* Ensure SOX and SLA compliance.* Direct departmental workload / resources / priorities.* Drive continuous improvement in business process and system design.* New business & other projects.JOB REQUIREMENTS* BS/BA degree in related field or equivalent work experience preferred.* MBA preferred.* Demonstrated 3-5+ years experience in home video or related field preferably in Sales Administration, Sales, Sales Analysis,* Accounting, Finance, Master Data, Order Management or Operations.* Demonstrated 3+ years experience leading teams/supervising employees.* Demonstrated experience and/or understanding of pricing, trade management / trade spend principles including but not limited to DFI and/or POS processes.* SAP experience required.* SOX experience preferred.* Must have understanding of retail principles and retail operations.* Must be able to analyze volumes of data to determine business implications and make actionable recommendations.* Must be able to present findings confidently to senior management and customers.* Must have strong interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills.* Must be extremely organized and detail oriented.* Must have ability to work in fast paced and high volume work environment, asses and solve problems and handle multiple tasks/priorities while maintaining accuracy.* Time management and planning/prioritization skills.* Must have knowledge of DVD components and related terminology.* Management, development/coaching and delegation skills.* Demonstrated experience/skills with MS Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook.
