Entertainment Group seeks MBA interns for our summer MBA Internship Program. Internships will develop and mentor top-tier MBA students in the entertainment, new media and consumer goods industries. Participants will be placed on an as-needed basis within a division, such as Warner Home Entertainment, where they will be given the opportunity to engage in challenging and meaningful projects. Specific job responsibilities will vary by area and product release.JOB REQUIREMENTS* BA/BS degree from a top university.* Currently enrolled in a top-tier MBA program.* High proficiency in financial spreadsheets, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word.* Must have strong quantitative analytical skills and be able to think strategically.* Must have strong communication & interpersonal skills.* Must be knowledgeable on current trends within the media industry.* Must have the ability to effectively and tactfully deal with diverse clients and staff on all levels.* Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.* Must have the ability to pay close attention to detail and to organize & schedule a high workload effectively.* Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment.* Must be a self-starter with the ability to see projects through to completion, problem solve, and multi-task under time constraints.* Proactive nature, professionalism, and confidentiality required.* We seek well-rounded individuals with proven academic excellence and involvement in extracurricular and philanthropic activities.* Students must be available to work full-time, forty hours per week for a minimum of ten weeks in the summer.* Superior communication and analytical skills required.* Prior experience in an entertainment company, investment bank, management consulting firm, eCommerce or digital media company strongly preferred.* Students must have the ability to effectively and tactfully deal with diverse clients and staff on all levels.* Must have the ability to pay close attention to detail and to organize and schedule a high workload effectively.* Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment.* Must be a self-starter with the ability to see projects through to completion, problem solve, and multi-task under time constraints.
