Entertainment Inc. seeks a Procurement Card Representative for the WB Procurement Group department. The PCard Representative will provide dedicated support for Warner Bros. Production PCard Program clients. This position will provide general end-user management support, including PCard receivables database maintenance. This individual will also perform a variety of administrative tasks in support of the Warner Bros. PCard Program, including processing & tracking pcard application forms, maintaining user accounts, organizing trainings and education to cardholders, developing PowerPoint presentations, handling customer and supplier related issues, enforcing procurement card policies and procedures, performing PCard audits as needed.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES* Perform a variety of administrative tasks in support of the Warner Bros. PCard Program per defined SLAs, including processing & tracking pcard application forms, maintaining user accounts, organizing trainings and education to cardholders, developing PowerPoint presentations, handling customer and supplier related issues, enforcing procurement card policies and procedures, performing PCard audits as needed.* Handle monthly pcard payments and reconcile receivables from production clients. Resolve any billing issues as they come up.* Monitor Pcard central billing accounts and perform quarterly cleanup and other account maintenance tasks as required.* Troubleshoot system issues as needed.* Conduct independent follow-up and complex problem resolution.* Provide general management support for PCard Program Manager.JOB REQUIREMENTS* BA/BS degree in Accounting/Finance/Business preferred, or relevant work experience required.* Administrative experience, experience with a purchasing card program within a purchasing or finance department; experience in a procurement environment is a plus.* Experience wtih Account Receives (AR) is a plus.* Enterprise Buyer Professional (EBP) and SAP R/3 work experience a plus.* Must be able work in a team environment and independently, with little or no direction, in completing assigned tasks.* Knowledge, and experience with SAP, or other ERP Systems; purchasing or accounting system experience is preferred.* Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint is a must.* Knowledge of Internet and internet researching tools is highly preferred.* Strong business writing skills (including excellent command of English language grammar and spelling).* Must have the ability to communicate effectively and diplomatically with all levels of management.* Strong customer focus.* Must have strong analytical skills and the ability to pay close attention to detail.* Must have the ability to work well under time constraints.* Must be able to handle multiple tasks.* Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to take both written and oral instruction.* Must have good organization, planning and communication skills.* High energy can do person who can operate in a fast moving environment.* Strong sense of urgency and impeccable follow-through skills are highly preferred.* Must be flexible and able to positively react to changing priorities.* Must be proficient in multi-tasking and appropriately prioritizing assignments.* Must maintain the professional presence and demeanor to interact with all levels of management.
