Entertainment Inc. seeks a Senior Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis for the Corporate Projects department. This role works with the Manager, Corporate Projects Financial Planning & Analysis and other members of the governance and the service provider equivalents to ensure that the financial impact of all service provider agreements are being correctly and accurately reflected and executed.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES* Support maintenance of business case data and models, respond to ad hoc requests for data and analysis.* Assist with business case analysis.* Test service provider pricing against business case.* Research causes of change to business case.* Budget support - forecasting of key line items.* Respond to data requests from Enterprise Financial Services.* Serve as liaison to HR and GBSI: Validates data flow from HR and GBSI during transition/separation period. Reviews regular headcount updates to identify variances.* Assist with report preparation for Corporate Finance.* Prepare reporting package for Controller.* Prepare long term planning/analysis in response to TW inquiries.* Monitor, review and report on overall SLA performance across multiple service providers.* Validate impact assessments for change requests against current and historical pricing.* Analyze periodic service provider pricing revisions (FX, inflation) for accuracy.* Perform data gathering and data analysis to support benchmarking.* Track and report on Corporate Projects actuals to budget. Perform variance analysis.* Review projected expenses, support budget process,and track travel requests/actuals.* Work with Enterprise Financial Services to identify required accruals and reclasses.* Ensure that costs are properly accounted to territories pursuant to agreed upon chargeback rules. Communicate accruals to territories.* Identification of expense re-classifications and communications to relevant stakeholders.* Communicate to territories re ongoing expenses, issues.* Create shopping carts for Transitions, outsourcing and consulting services, and departmental expenses.* Communicate any payment problems in SAP to vendors.JOB REQUIREMENTS* Bachelor
