Responsible for: proactive identification of top diverse talent prior to positions being opened; collaborating with hiring managers and Group HR Reps to ensure most effective recruitment support is provided and results in successful hires in the shortest time frame.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES* Responsible for full scope recruitment of professional and senior level open positions, which includes identifying and presenting top qualified candidates to hiring managers.
