Worldwide Television Marketing is seeking a Supervisor, Integrated Marketing to join the Marketing & Promotions team.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES* Manage creative approvals across all TV properties in relation to WBCP requests and products.* Execute, on behalf of department directors and manager, all promotional marketing plans across production companies, WBITV marketing executives, WBTV executive groups including legal, labor relations, publicity, current and business affairs and network partner for WBTV related programming.* Assist Executive Director of Integrated Marketing with production of original content, facilitating all legal and labor relations review and approvals.* Manage proposal tracker and library of programs post execution for Animation.* Assists Animation marketing team in developing presentation materials.* Provide both internal and external partners (i.e. WHV, WBCP, WBDD, WBIE, WBITV, ABC, NBC, FOX, CW) with assets and approvals for video, online and print elements for specific assigned properties.* Management of internal timelines, promotional calendars, budgets, SAP and marketing related status documents.* Execution of promotional concepts to both domestic & international networks and producers. Coordination with on-air, new media, print, special projects, publicity and network on elements for designated projects.* Execution of product integration, on behalf of department directors and manager, with designated production companies and network partners for WBTV-related programming (which includes potential travel and going on set to manage the integration).* Other job related miscellaneous duties as required in support of the group at large.JOB REQUIREMENTS* BA/BS degree preferred.* Minimum 4 years of administrative and/or project management experience in professional setting performing same or similar job duties listed above.* Strong working knowledge of Television, Web and Mobile.* Proficient in MS Word & Excel, and PowerPoint required.* Typing at approximately 50 wpm.* Must have excellent proofreading & writing skills.* Must have excellent organizational skills & possess ability to prioritize tasks.* Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.* Must be able to interface with all levels of personnel, including senior management.* Must have ability to create & maintain databases & other resources.* Must be available to visit show sets on WBTV lot or in local vicinity.* Must be able to work in extremely fast-paced environment.* Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.* Must have excellent follow-through skills.* Must be able to manage heavy workload and successfully see projects/tasks through to completion.* Must be able to work under minimal supervision.* Must be detail-oriented and maintain confidentiality.* Must be able to work under strict time constraints.* Must be able to resolve conflicts within the scope of responsibility.* Must be able to work overtime, as required.
