Home Entertainment Inc. seeks a Vice President, Production Planning & Services for the Production department. The Vice President, Production Planning and Support is responsible for supporting all publishing personnel and development projects with timely, comprehensive shared services. These services include Product Evaluations and Support, Quality Assurance, Localization, Consumer Value Product Analysis, Playtesting, Usability, Talent Relations, Financial Analysis & Tracking, Build Archiving and other shared functions. This position also collaborates with Sr. staff in Burbank and our development studios to promote the sharing of best practices and services across the organization.The VP, Production Planning and Support should have experience with game publishing and development, conflict resolution, collaboration, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to manage a diverse set of backgrounds. This person should be a team player, highly-organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented, with great follow up skills and capable of multi-tasking effectively.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES* Collaborate with WBIE Sr. Production Management to set short and long-term production and development strategies and tactics designed to produce timely, efficient, quality products and services that meet company goals.* Provide information, analysis and recommendations to WBIE executive staff to help inform and influence decision making relative to products, developers, services, acquisitions, etc. Receive, transmit and interpret highly complex information. Interact with executives to keep abreast of company plans and strategies.* Work with other Warner Bros. and Time Warner services divisions to represent WBIE
