Entertainment Inc. seeks a Vice President, Senior CRM for the WBEAS TV & CP Television department. The WW Television Distribution VP, Sr. Client Relationship Manager is accountable for overall relationship management at the client senior executive level. This position is the strategic partner with executive business unit management in the overall understanding of critical business challenges and aligns the IT strategy to support solutions to these business problems. This position has leadership accountability for all application planning, application development activities, and production support. This position provides the executive oversight of the various Managed Service Providers who perform application support and development. This position is the senior IT Executive for WW Television Distribution and oversees the IT management team supporting this area.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES* Accountable for the entire Application Portfolio associated with WW Television Distribution. This includes the development of the 5 year application roadmap, management of live site enhancements and defect resolution for given application suite. This position will be responsible for the ultimate prioritization of client request against the available pool of resources.* Oversee a significant Capital Project Portfolio and Operating Expense Budget associated with WW Television Distribution. The annual Project Portfolio on average is in excess of 10 Million Dollars, spread over multiple process towers with high complexity.* Responsible for the overall Information Technology service delivery levels as pertaining to Worldwide Television Distribution. Provide client with Service Level Statistics and correlate them with qualitative input from the client. Investigate/Escalate any service level discrepancies to insure continual process improvement.* Accountable for the compliance to all general controls, SOX, SDLC and TRACS corporate requirements. Accountable for staff management including hiring, performance reviews, staff development and issue resolution.JOB REQUIREMENTS* Undergraduate degree required.* Graduate degree preferred.* 10-12 years of Information technology Experience in a leadership role, managing a complex portfolio of applications across multiple technical platforms.* 5+ years of departmental management experience.* Senior level project management skills.* In-depth knowledge of M&E practices with an emphasis in WW Television Distribution.* Proven history in the delivery of Complex IT projects with budgets in excess of 2 Million dollars.* Understanding of industry trends and direction, particularly with applying technology solutions to complex business problems.* In-depth management experience of service delivery as well as prior senior management experience in a comparably sized organization including primary operational responsibility.* Masters and applies expert knowledge of application technology and associated leading edge solutions and strategies related to the client
