A minimum of 3 years managerial responsibility for staff or related coaching experience (multi-location management a plus). Business related experience outside of HR desirable. Prior experience working with and influencing senior executives in a major corporation is critical. Experience in digital industry/start-up environment a plus. SPHR or PHR certification is a plus. Bachelor''s degree required; degree in Business Administration, Psychology and Human Resources a plus.Duties: Serve as the main point of contact for employee population within a client group supporting mid-level employees and management. Oversees and implements human resources policies, programs and practices, and this may include: staffing, compensation, training, performance management. Handles ER situations in coordination with generalist staff, and legal. Actively participates in the recruiting process, i.e. attend kick-off meetings, check-in with recruiters and clients. Communicates and informs business of HR initiatives, project managing efforts, and ensures programs are aligned with culture of business unit. Builds business knowledge by participating in client meetings, reading industry publications and job shadowing. Partners with Talent Mgmt to ensure learning and development, and assessment/coaching opportunities are relevant, client focused, and will enhance leadership capabilities. Partners with compensation on market pricing initiatives.
