JOB SUMMARY:
Food server provides service to guests while dining. Assist busser in pre-bussing of tables. Set up or close wait station. Cleaning stations and tables. Set up or close of wait station. Clean stations and tables. Complete daily side work. Relay guest complaints and compliments to the supervisor. Familiarity with all menu items, menu prices and hours of operation amp;amp; promotions. Maintain a clean work area, professional appearance and present positive customer service techniques. Ensures consistency amp;amp; quality. Writing skills, ability to follow written and oral instructions. Possess communications skills that reflect a welcoming and friendly attitude toward all guests at all times. Ability to function as part of a team, remain calm and professional when under pressure. Knowledge of P.O.S system helpful. 1-2 years of previous experience working in a large volume restaurant. Must become TIPS certified (training provided). Must be fluent in English and have good written and math skills. Must be able to pass a drug test and background check. Minimum age to apply is 18 years old, per company policy. Wage to be discussed by employer.
