Are you a skilled Retail Sales Operational Manager looking for an employment adventure? Then you might be Maverikapos;s next Operations Manager in our Elko location who assists the Store Director in maximizing sales and net profits through effective management, operations, and financial methods. Safeguards and accounts for all money received and disbursed, ensuring at least two store bank deposits are made daily. Inspects store facilities and equipment for safety, cleanliness, and proper working order. Supervision and training of employees. Recruiting, interviewing and makes hiring recommendations to Store Director to ensure a qualified staff. Assumes a leadership role in the store when the Store Director is not present. Provides professional leadership and experienced guidance to employees. Obeys and enforces city, county, state, and federal laws affecting store operations. Establish work schedules for store employees ensuring that scheduled hours are within company guidelines. Carrying out routine duties, including customer checkout, food preparation, cleaning, ordering, stocking, etc. setting the example for exceptional customer service. Experience and Degrees Needed for this Adventure: H/S Diploma or GED. Proficient with word processing and spreadsheet applications. Excellent customer service skills. Basic math skills. Ability to work well without supervision.
