This management training program to encompass hands-on training and practical experience for Maverik store operations and management: *Maximizing store sales and net profits *Providing Exceptional Customer Service *Inventory Ordering and Auditing *Cash controls, Bank deposits, Daily reports *Staffing, Scheduling, Productivity *Food Service Management The successful completion of this trainee program will result in the placement as Maverik Store Director. Employment Adventure Requirements: *High School Diploma or GED *College Degree *4 years of C-Store or Retail Sales and Management *Customer Service and/or Management Experience *Goal and Results Oriented *Great Communication Skills *People and Basic Math Skills *Proficient with word processing and spreadsheet applications *Bilingual - Spanish/English speaking preferred
