This vacancy is being posted for both of the following disciplines:
•Licensed Independent Social Workers (LISW) GS-0185
•Licensed Professional Mental Health Counselor (LPMHC) GS-0101

 

NOTE: This vacancy is being advertised at the GS 12 grade level which is above the full performance level. If you are selected for this position, your salary and grade will be determined by a Professional Standards Board (PSB). The PSB is a peer review group / process. The PSB will review your individual qualifications, education, professional training/internship(s) and professional experience to determine the most appropriate salary and grade based on your individual accomplishments.

 

VACANCY SUMMARY
The VA Cincinnati OH Health Care System is recruiting for two full-time Veterans Justice Outreach (VJO) Specialists. This position is part of the Mental Health Care Line Service. The VJO Specialist in this position must be licensed in a state at the advanced practice level and must be able to perform duties independently. The normal tour of duty will be day shift, Monday - Friday. However, the incumbent must have the flexibility to work outside of the normal tour of duty if needed.
