On May 14, 2004, the Secretary of Veterans Affairs approved consolidation of the Wade Park and Brecksville campuses to a single campus at Wade Park. When consolidated facilities are completed at Wade Park, VA operations at Brecksville will cease and most employees will be reassigned to the Wade Park campus. Other reassignments may predate the final cessation of operations at Brecksville, including but not limited to the establishment of a VA outpatient clinic in Parma, Ohio. Anticipated completion of the Wade Park facility is approximately December, 2011.
