Tour of Duty:  Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

• Travel to other Community Based Outpatient Clinics is required. The Community Based Outpatient Clinics are located in Richmond Indiana, Lima, Springfield and Middletown Ohio. (Government vehicle or mileage reimbursement provided)
