Come Join Our Team of Chaplains who provide a complete range of spiritual care ministries to veterans and their families.

 

This is a permanent full-time position for a Staff Chaplain of all faith group at the Jack C. Montgomery Veterans Hospital located in Muskogee, Oklahoma.

The primary purpose of the work is to serve, as Chaplain in performing religious services, instruction, and administration. Responsibilities include advising on, administering, and performing professional work involved in a program of spiritual welfare and religious guidance for the Veterans, patients, patient families and/or beneficiaries.

The medical center may appoint an individual to this job at grade GS-12, or at grade GS-11 with promotion potential to GS-12. If appointed at GS-11, the candidate will perform duties under close supervision and may be promoted without competition to GS-12 upon meeting all administrative requirements and demonstrating proficiency. Promotion to GS-12 is not guaranteed.

• The salary range for GS-11 is $57,982 to $75,376
• The salary range for GS-12 is $69,497 to $90,344
