THE SECRETARY OF THE AIR FORCE HAS BEEN DELEGATED AUTHORITY TO DIRECTLY APPOINT QUALIFIED INDIVIDUALS TO SELECT ACQUISITION POSITIONS UNDER EXPEDITED HIRE AUTHORITY.  THIS ANNOUNCEMENT LISTS ENTRY LEVEL POSITIONS BEING FILLED UNDER THIS AUTHORITY.
