Incumbent functions as the Lead Human Resources Assistant (HRA) in the Human Resources Management Service (HRMS). The primary purpose of the Lead HRA is to assist the HRAs and the HR Specialists with duties in personnel processing and coding, recruitment and placement and employee and labor relations sections.
