This position is in support of the Home Oxygen Program and Pulmonary Function Laboratory with multiple clinical and technical responsibilities for conducting, reporting, and assuring high quality pulmonary studies. Duties include appropriate and timely clinical evaluations of the need for home oxygen therapy, diagnostic pulmonary testing and supportive patient interaction and education with adult veteran patients. Additional primary duties include quality oversight, equipment calibration, and equipment maintenance, training/resource responsibilities with suppliers and patients and perform as primary interface between providers, vendors and patients.
SALARY IS SET BY PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS BOARD AFTER REVIEW OF QUALIFICATIONS.
EXPERIENCE WITH A HOME OXYGEN PROGRAM IS HIGHLY DESIRABLE.
EXPERIENCE WITH MICROSOFT OFFICE PROGRAMS HIGHLY DESIRABLE.
EXPERIENCE WITH PULMONARY FUNCTION TESTING IS PREFERRED.
