QUALIFICATIONS:
<br>* One year of experience working with young children
<br>* Enrollment in the Oregon Central Background Registry prior to beginning employment and enrollment must be maintained throughout employment
<br>* TB Screening, a Satisfactory Health Appraisal and Food Handler's Card (have or obtain within 30 days of hire date)
<br>* Infant / child first aid / CPR (have or obtain within 60 days of hire date)
<br>
<br>PREFERRED: Fluency in English and Spanish, Russian or another language that meets community / department's needs
<br>
<br>JOB DUTIES:
<br>* Support the operation of the center by performing food service and janitorial services.
<br>* Carry out oral and written directions given in English.
<br>* Lift 25 pounds on a daily basis.
<br>
<br>HOURS: Typically, Tue-Fri, 8am-2pm with some meetings on Mondays.<br><br>Language skill requirement or preference:  Able to speak Russian preferred. Able to read Russian preferred. Able to write Russian preferred. Able to speak Spanish preferred. Able to read Spanish preferred. Able to write Spanish preferred. Able to speak Vietnamese preferred.
