Job Summary
The National Account Sales Executive - Tax is responsible for selling Tax Filing and Payment Services products to new companies in the large market space (over 2,000 employees) in an assigned territory. This position covers a territory of Texas, Southern California, NM, AZ, OK, and Colorado. The ideal candidate could live anywhere in the listed territory. This position would be based virtually.
Responsibilities:
* Analyze prospect needs and present appropriate product solutions
* Prepare contracts and pricing strategies for targeted accounts
* Work with the implementation team after the sale to ensure a smooth transition
* Maintain/exceed assigned quota
* Travel Required: 50%
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
* 7+ years of demonstrated outside sales success
* Working knowledge of HR/Payroll/Tax Filing and Payment Service solutions
* Proven success in working large deals with large employers in an outsourced service environment
* Demonstrated ability to prospect, nurture, and generate interest in the large market through the use of focused marketing activities including phone power, COL, email, etc
* Ability to proficiently hold financial discussions with senior financial executives with respect to Ceridians funding model/options and the impact on clients use of funds/float
* Excellent presentation skills
* Valid driver's license required
