About the Position:
ACADEMIC RANK AND SALARY WILL BE BASED ON EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE. This is a civilian faculty position at the U.S. Army War College (USAWC) as provided under Title 10 USC 4021. Initial appointment will be for thirteen (13) months. Appointments may be renewed with the concurrence of the Office of the Secretary of Defense and the USAWC. Carlisle Barracks is an installation at the center of the Army and Department of Defense Senior Leadership educational programs. The historic post support missions such as the USAWC, including the Strategic Studies Institute, the Center for Strategic Leadership, the Army Heritage and Education Center, the Peacekeeping Stability and Operations Institute; and the Dunham U.S. Army Health Clinic.
