Description: Actively promotes a work environment within the branch that consistently delivers superior service to all Credit Union members. Achieve a high performance level related to credit union sales targets. Provide assistance to current members and prospective members to open and maintain accounts with Velocity Credit Union regarding all aspects of sales and service.
Work Schedule:Monday ? Friday 8:30am ? 5:30pm and rotating Saturday s 8:30am ? 2:30pm

Duties: ? Promotes loans and accepts loan applications, as required. Collects delinquent accounts as required.
? Performs functions necessary to serve members and prospective members in the functional service counter. Related functions include, but are not limited to, check orders, stop payments, Mastercard payments and advances, mail posting, issuance of official credit union checks, wire transfers, account research, and error resolution.
? Serve as back-up to Lead PFC Specialist to keep functional service counter staffed and
efficiently serving members and prospects. Operate the functional service counter as the
first point of contact for members and prospects, proactively greeting and offering
assistance to each and every branch entry.
? Fulfill meet or exceed all sales and service goals and targets as set by management.
? Demonstrate the delivery of quality member service at the branch through personal
contact with members and prospects.
Qualifications: ? Skills in 10-key by touch and operation of personal computer and common office equipment
? High school diploma or equivalency required
? At least six months experience in a related field required.
? Strong desire to learn process, procedure, products and services
