This position is assigned to: Ambulatory and Primary Care Service

TOUR OF DUTY: Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm (occasional late evening and Saturday morning clinics)

NOTE: This position requires the completion of the Credentialing process. Probationary period applies to full-time staff physicians only.

The first cut of date will be July 26, 2013 and then every 30 days after.
