We are looking for a solid Plant Engineer or Maintenance Manager to lead our team!
If you are a Plant Engineer or Maintenance Manager with High-Speed , High-Volume manufacturing experience, please read on!
We are a leader in the industry that is looking to fill a very important role. We focus on High-Speed , High-Volume manufacturing and need a Plant Engineer or someone with solid manufacturing experience to lead our team in the Dallas Plant. The right candidate would be familiar with 24/7 operation, have experience with Maintenance Management Systems like MP2 or Maximo, is excited about the ability to be hands on and has proven management experience. If this sounds like you, keep reading!
What you need for this position:
- High-Speed , High-Volume Manufacturing Experience
- Strong Mechanical Aptitude
- Experience with Maintenance Management Systems like MP2 or Maximo
- Has experience leading 10-15 employees
- Has a Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
- Lean Manufacturing is not a requirement but a nice to have
- PLC experience is also a plus
- Bilingual preferred
- Willing to get dirty and be hands on!
What you''ll be doing:
- Working hand in hand with your staff to provide guidance and assistance on any/all projects
- Keeping machines up and running (minimizing downtime)
- Implement Preventive Maintenance programs
- Maintain an effective Maintenance Management System
- Developing and Implementing annual project budgets
