Position Summary:
This position is responsible for administering the Absence Management (AM) and Leave Transfer modules for the Lone Star College System, ensuring that payroll is produced timely and accurately and leave balances are computed correctly. Primary function includes performing analytical duties, characterized by examination of components and determination of relationships, requiring the conceptual analysis and synthesis of information and formulation of recommendations.
Required Qualifications:
High School diploma and at least three years of experience in payroll or accounting area. At least 1 year of compliance experience. Extensive knowledge of payroll practices and ability to perform advanced arithmetic calculations. Experience with automated systems. High level of functional/technical experience to make rule changes and configuration changes to the module.
