ABOUT THIS JOB
Reporting to the Manager of Coiled Tubing Equipment, the Project Manager for Coiled Tubing and Nitrogen Equipment is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of Coiled Tubing and Nitrogen equipment produced by third party suppliers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES
* Oversee all projects for Coiled Tubing and Nitrogen equipment being built by third party suppliers
* Travel to vendor manufacturing locations to commission new coiled tubing & nitrogen equipment into Baker Hughes inventory
* Testing new coiled tubing and nitrogen equipment to ensure it meets manufacturing and engineering standards prior to accepting it into inventory
* Work with operational employees to ensure proper maintenance of coiled tubing & nitrogen fleet
* Supervision and mentoring of team members
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
* Bachelors Degree in Engineering or equivalent
* 8 years of experience in an engineering or operational capacity, at least 3 years of which have been in Coiled Tubing
* Prior supervisory or management experience
* Demonstrable project management skills, including knowledge of principles and practices
* Able and willing to travel - around 25% of the role will involve travel both US and internationally
* Strong relationship building and management skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
* Experience in oilfield service equipment structural, mechanical and hydraulic system design would be advantageous
