Job Duties: The day to day tasks of a Regional Reverse Logistics Analyst including but not limited to researching, releasing and voiding pending credits, making phone calls, e-mails, logging the findings, and assisting with minor escalation issues within team if necessary. Use the Pending Credit Reports to work with the facilities OS&D departments and Transportation to track down missing documentation. Execute pending credits according to policy. The representative will log daily findings/ daily executed credits by facility to assist in the weekly scorecard for the facilities within their region. Create and distribution the Bi-weekly Pending Credit Reports for the specific warehouse’s within their region of coverage. The Pending Credit Reports will be created Monday’s and Wednesdays. The initial point of contact for any pending credits that need policy or process clarification as it relates to a certain instance for their specific region. Travel to facilities within region to work with on site departments. Development of on site connections, working relationship and obtain better understanding of opportunities and obstacles.
