<br>* Valid Food Handler's Card
<br>* Valid OLCC Service Permit

<br>JOB DUTIES:
<br>* Serve food in a restaurant / lounge setting
<br>* Serve wine and other draught or bottled beer
<br>* May prepare appetizers, such as pickles, cheese, and cold meats
<br>* Perform in compliance with established company policies and procedures
<br>* Perform in compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations
<br>* Use arithmetic to total costs and make change
<br>* Lift and carry things like heavy trays
<br>* Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager
<br>* Position requires standing or walking for varying lengths of time, sometimes for long periods
<br>* Position requires moving fingers and hands easily and quickly to handle things like dishes, money, and merchandise
