This position is located Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Pacific (SSCPAC), Point Loma Complex, San Diego, California. As a Scientist you will work with software/ hardware and systems engineers to integrate complex software applications in to larger systems.

 

This position has promotion potential to the ND-04 grade level. If selected below the full performance level, incumbent may be noncompetitively promoted to the next higher grade level after meeting all regulatory requirements, and upon the recommendation of management. Promotion is neither implied nor guaranteed.

 

The New Professional (NP) Program is an entry level, training and development program.  The salary offered for this position is set by the type of degree that an applicant has been awarded and is non-negotiable.  This position will be filled at the ND-02 level with a salary of $65,747.00 (includes LMS).
