Essential Job Functions:
* Responsibilities include replacing electrical receptacles, wires, switches, fixtures, and motors; using plaster or compound to patch minor holes and cracks in walls and ceilings; repairing or replacing sinks, water coolers, and toilets; painting structures and equipment; repairing or replacing concrete floors, steps, and sidewalks; replacing damaged paneling and floor tiles; hanging doors and installing door locks; replacing broken window panes; and performing general maintenance on equipment and machinery.?
* Constructs and installs targets according to scenario setup sheet, fitting of thermal units and hit sensors, test the operation to insure they are functioning correctly.
* Continuously monitors the performance of down range target devices, repairs or replenishes damaged targets as needed, reestablishes failed communication from System Controller Station (SYSCON) to Meggitt lifters.
* Responsible for the drawing, loading, unloading and performing maintenance or trouble shooting procedures on the (BES) Battle Effects Simulator.
* Assists the Elect Tech II in the installation of player unit packages on to armored military vehicle on the DMPRC.
