JOB SUMMARY:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business or Business Administration, Marketing or, other related degree. Strong Graphic Design background. <br>2. Fluent in English both written and verbal.<br>3. Advanced computer skills using word processing, spreadsheets, data analysis, and internet explorer. <br>4. Strong customer service, communication, listening, and interpersonal skills. <br>5. Self motivated with dedication to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers.<br>6. Ability to adapt, problem solve and prioritize in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.<br>7. Ability to travel to customer sites domestic or international via air or ground transportation. Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record. Motor vehicle records will be verified.<br>8. Self-motivated, show initiative.<br>9. Ability to travel by air or ground. Effectively exercise discretion and independent judgment.<br>1.0 Professionally and confidently represent Daktronics Creative Services. <br>1.1. Develop and maintain customer relationships. <br>1.2. Have a solid understanding of the industry and its trends. <br>1.3. Understand the capabilities and operation of Daktronics products and software. <br>1.4. Continuously learn about Daktronics products by attending internal product and sales training, and reviewing sales literature. <br>2.0  Assist the regional product sales teams to help secure equipment orders. <br>2.1. Develop and maintain working relationships with the regional sales teams. <br>2.2. Participate in regional sales meetings. Provide project updates, escalate issues, and communicate leads. <br>2.3. Assist with pricing, proposals, demo content and pre-visualizations. <br>3.0 Understand contract requirements and customer’s expectations and overall vision. <br>3.1. Educate customers on how to maximize equipment using content, scheduling and game-day production. <br>3.2. Understand customer needs, quote, bring visibility to the project(s) through forecasting spreadsheet and daily tier meetings. <br>3.3. Work with Creative Services Project Management team to oversee production, escalate issues, and update/maintain tracking spreadsheets. <br>3.4. Understand the creative process. <br>3.5. Manage facility contracts for content promised to teams/facilities that have purchased Daktronics equipment to ensure their purchase is a success. <br>3.6. Manage customer expectations and define scopes of work based on the available budget. <br>3.7. Track budgets of current facility contracts and forecast new projects coming in. <br>3.8. Support the needs of advertisers and national accounts.
